f-stop workshop gets underway

tonight marks the start of the first ever F-STOP WORKSHOP.  jenna walker and i are both excited to meet everyone and share a little about what we have learned  through shooting over a hundred weddings each.  i will post some photos of the day as soon as i can so you can check it out.  we are starting to fill up fast for your next workshop (dates haven't been released yet) but we are already a 1/3 full.  if you are interested about getting more information, please check us out at www.fstopworkshop.com 

vail, breckenridge and back

can i just say i love my job!  there aren't too many jobs that i know that allow you to take a beautiful mountain drive with your family, visit a gorgeous hotel, have lunch with your family and get your business done all at the same time.  it truly is a blessing.  yesterday, i met with the wedding coordinator at The Ritz Carlton Bachelor Gulch Alisa Vansant who is positively down to earth and so pleasant to to talk to.  as a wedding photographer in colorado there aren't too many places that i'd rather photograph then this beautiful location...incredible.  here's a few photos of the hotel if you have never seen it.

we also took a walk through breckenridge and had lunch at the Fiesta Jalisco which has great mexican food.  ian's grandpas has been here this week and we really enjoyed showing him a little more of colorado.  here we are enjoying the great mexican food.

as a colorado wedding photographer it is always exciting to be published or have your work more visible to the public.  the gracious girls at anna be have been sweet enough to ask to display more of my work in their great bridal boutique in denver.  i have put together a few series of photos from some of my favorite weddings last year and would love to get your opinion as to which one is best.  the final decision of course is theirs but i thought it would be fun to see which ones you like.  it's easy, just vote for your the one you like the best.  here they are:
