I was recently in California and had the opportunity to photograph an engagement session for Jillian and Nathan. We started out with something a bit formal and utilized the great architecture at the University of Redlands. We quickly moved on with a change of clothes and a change of scenerey as we headed downtown Redlands to run around the shops and alleys.
I always find myself slightly reserved when photographing people that I know because I don't want to influence the photographs I am taking . My goal at each shoot is to try and capture their relationship and personality as a couple. After looking through these photos I think we achieved this goal.
Nathan and Jill are such amazing and adventurous people and I can't wait to photograph their wedding this December. One thing I know I can expect...FUN!
